Planning: chosen music


We chose Marina and The diamond- Hollywood, due to the fact that it can challenge typical ideologies of America. The lyrics of the song contradict regular views of Hollywood, as stereotypically it is "the place that dreams are made" often associated with celebrities and the glamourous life style. However, this song claims the opposite, saying that Hollywood is a bad place that's gone down hill since it has entered the 21st century. As the music has simple lyrics, we decided to base our video around what the lyrics say, as that is a common convention of music videos. It will also appeal to the fun and unique part of our artsit branding, making them unique by not conforming to typical ideologies.
